£200 reduced to £50 oos jl hamper.
I called john lewis last night. a service which is handy to remember for oos items is they will check other stores for you. last night at closing only 3 stores still had any. bluewater store had 33 left. I was told if I ring [STRIKE]them 0844 693 1731[/STRIKE] they would send me one. this qualifies for free delivery (told on phone by jl)update, because of licence, this would have to be done from head office Service team on 08456 049 049 ◾By telephone from abroad
    Call +44 (0)1698 54 54 54

after sleeping on it dw and I decided not to get one as we have so much stuff from glitches. I really wanted it as well. I priced the 3 bottles of wine up as £26 + wicker basket about £20 (my estimate) so them items is almost your cost. there are another 30ish items in hamper. so its great value. so thanks to tinyshoes for original find.

Scamps, sorry to read about your rubbish start to the new year. I don't have a lot of advice but can lend a listening ear and provide virtual hugs hug3-smiley.gif

DH back to work today so the festivities are well and truly over.

Blue sky today and wind outside seems to have calmed down. Got b&q delivery of fence panels to replace 4 that blew down and are in pieces. Forgot to get them via tesco gift cards but did remember b&q club so will get a £10 gift card.

Tidied big bathroom cupboard and found 3 new slankets - presents from years gone by. They'll go to charity shop along with a few other unwanted things.

    Morning everyone :)

Wishing you all a very happy new year and my warmest, bestest wishes for 2014. xx

Christmas and New Year is both a wonderful and difficult time with lots of bittersweet memories. Hope everyone could cherish times passed and had the chance to make some new lovely memories to take forward.

Massive catch up on the cards for later, then normal (whatever that may be) life resumes .....
