  • Unfortunately changing the locks has no bearing. As joint tennant can turn up and change them again although must give a spare key to sitting tennant.
Been there but it is a nice inconvenience.
If alarmed then a good idea to change alarm code as hopefully the noise would be off putting. Until solicitors get underway then perfectly entitled to remove things from property although not allowed to dispose of them without permission from a judge. Removing things from property other than personal belongings is frowned upon.

Might be different if she is willing to give up her half of joint tennancy. Until she does so she is still liable for the whole of the rent and council tax.

Thanks VT, that's a very good point. Good luck today scamps, I'll be thinking of you.

Morning all, back to work again for me, doesn't the treadmill just grind you down?!

Nasty wet and windy stuff out there again too.

Seems like you could do with more sleep Scamps.

Hope everyone has a good day today.

    Morning All!

Scamps. Poor you! I'm v impressed you can bear to look at the computer screen with a hangover. Hope it's a better day for you today.

No cheap make up as you all got there before me! I was out at Mr T and Sainsbobs using up coupons. Embarrassed in T 's as thought I should get a PP of about £5 but becaus SA put 2 different items through the same ...... No PP. Cust Services agreed to put it through again - no PP  I have emailed HQ but not confident of resolution. Lesson to be learned from this is always include 1 or 2 extra items  Silly Me!

On the plus side. I got 7p off a litre of petrol in Sains. Used up some
coupons, and added a few more things to DD's survival box which we are taking down to Uni for her on Friday. (Also got £3 odd BM!)

Hope you all have a great day today. We are off to Warwick Castle. (Merlin cards!). Have fun:)

    Good morning :)

Me and DS2 are feeling really put out at being up for him to go to school whilst everyone else is still in bed. We've just had a right good moan at each other about it :D:rotfl:

On the plus side, the weather seems to have improved so we should have a pleasant walk.
