My normal days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. I normally go down to 500-650 cals on those days but this week I think I shall just count normal cals. Tuesday I'll need food to soak up the vodka and Thursday I'm supposed to be going back to work so I'll need all the comfort food I can get :rotfl:

Well done to those who got a hoard from Mr Shoes. I didn't participate because I couldn't think what I needed; should have examined the offerings in more detail. Oops.

Thinking of Michael Schumacher. I have a friend whose kid decided to "fly" down the stairs age 5. Sustained a head injury and was in a coma for 5 months. One day he just gradually woke up. Took about a year to recover completely, now he has a slight limp and some short term memory problems, but now is a lovely 17 year old. So there is hope.
