Hi All,
Thanks Wackynut. I have a couple of duvet sets ordered. :j
A day of decluttering and organising. I have started Ebaying and we went to Ikea after lunch to get DS1 a wardrobe. (unfortunately the rest of Birmingham had the same idea!). Priced up a kitchen island while we were there, and it came out better than we thought, so, having a think about this.
Also been thinking about New Year resolutions. I don't really like the negative idea of giving things up, so one year I decided that I would try to do something positive every day. Could be as simple as sorting a drawer or doing a good turn. Lasted a few weeks, but every little helps! Another year I tried to sort a drawer a week. Managed about 8! My boss suggests listing 3 things that have gone well every day. I started recording these on the 5 Pleasures thread, but it started to take over my life! So, I found my way here. Often too busy or boring to post. I like to consider myself as 'with you in spirit' rather than a lurker! Perhaps my resolution should be to post more in here.
What a lovely post housey:)
I don't like the word lurker:o

Anyone feel like playing a game?
Some of us have met, most have not, how about we describe ourselves and see if people were right? Obviously nothing that would make us stand out in Tescos
Anyone up for it?

If anyone has seen the Travel zoo glitch on the front page about free london tours, it is worth looking at whatever is local to you as loads of things for under £20 which become even better value. Loads of afternoon teas, pamper sessisons etc. I like the look of the Birds of Prey experience which would only be a fiver, but it is at Rutland water so a bit far for me to go.0
