Started off early this morning with a cracking glitch at Mr Shoes where I managed to get two orders in before the trigger went oos.

Then I had a great deal with 4 bottles of wine in a wooden carrier in T for £20, down from £50 http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/tesco-instore-4-bottle-finest-champagne-port-red-white-wine-gift-set-wooden-carrier-1770029

Then I got dtd on some Philips Hair Clippers with a half price £30 label that expired on Christmas eve http://www.tesco.com/direct/philips-diy-clipper-qc5570/211-0853.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=211-0853

There were quite a few ood sels in T today that expired on Christmas eve, so keep your eyes open for the next few days, hopefully quite a few of us will get lucky..:D

Anon - before you buy any more 3v gift cards I don't think HMRC take them any more or lots of other placed that are classed as financial institutions. Check their website for current places that take them. Somone else might have more knowledge than me.

Vanilla twist - you were very brave taking the turkey to cs. This is my local so will remember this as they were accommodating. You should have gone to parkfarm as well whoopsies were excellent and I was the only one at the f and v and other redduced counter just picking what I wanted to be reduced for about 5 mins before a stampede. Pork pies £5 to 25p not very good for the cholestrol but it is still xmas(lol) and some finest cheesecake slices reduced to 13p yum yum

This was about hour before closing. I asked a sa and she said all reductions were done xmas eve and must have been missed. Not my nearest store but was on m20 anyway. I find the lad on cs very helpful. I didn't feel brave as was told anything with 26th on should have already been done. Did them a favour as there was atleast 24 packs and they would have been in big trouble if still in fridge tomorrow. I mostly use this store for c and c. Rarely go in PF although have had some fantastic wombles from there.
All staff in store were in very good moods too. Think store had been quiet for a while and they had all just got cheap tellys:rotfl: TV oos on website so have a very happy dad. Got some lovely things for present stash drastically reduced. Could save a fortune if you saw family to exchange gifs on New Year instead. Some things I got have bb date nov 14

Had only gone in for flowers but the reductions were only 50% and bouqets very sad looking:(
