I was going to say that, but thought better of it at this time of the morning :D

Emerald - if I have that problem I eat absolutely nothing for a day and drink only water. That has always fixed the plumbing for me :D

Good morning all. Not planning much today but might nip down Ts see if anything is going cheap (no fresh turkey jokes pelase :D). Knowing mine I don't stand a chance, but if I don't try I won't get.

So pleased for you - not a great journey for him but at least he made it! Don't really need the suitcase once you get home anyway so waiting for that is not quite so painful.

The best place to lose your suitcase is Bangkok - so cheap to replace things that you are missing, it cost me pennies :D We always pack spare things in the other suitcases anyway so I wasn't short of much. And it caught up with me before we went to Phuket so all good :D

    Morning!

Our T's is shut today, although M's is open.

Yes indeed, a relief for DS1 to be safely home, and as I'd brought some clothes back from uni for him, he can cope without the case's items until it arrives.

Hearing so much about the USA, and I want to hear more too!

You had me alarmed there! Just checked and ours is open. Not that I will be buying something, but you never know, need crackers for next year but not used to spending more than a penny. Last year there was none left by that time :( Fortunately I still had some left but no way am I paying bull price next year :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • Morning all. I don't know if it's been mentioned but M&S are giving out leaflets with vouchers for £5 off food/wine WYS £25 for use in January. The leaflets are free to pick up near the tills. Grab them while you can!

They do this every year and I usually use them in conjunction with other offers like 3-for-£10 on Meat/Salmon, or the Dine In For £10 deal.

If it's the same as last year, the spend threshold is based on the total BEFORE offers applied, so you can can use one when buying two of the £10 Dine-In Meal Deals.

Yep, I actually had to buy a bottle for the first time in a couple of years last week so 18 bottles to be collected next week should keep me going for a bit.:D

Hope you had a great Christmas Nerfy, looks like it from what I read yesterday!:) I was in the kitchen pretty much all day so didn't get much of a chance to post anything.

So, for all of my Elite chums, a belated Happy Christmas from me..:D:D

Hope you had a good time as wall:T:T:T
