Yep, I actually had to buy a bottle for the first time in a couple of years last week so 18 bottles to be collected next week should keep me going for a bit.:D

You need to just drink water and something dry like toast or digestives - no meat or dairy as that will keep it going.

Oh dear
Possibly it's going through your body too fast to absorb the stuff that makes it brown...are you eating? If so try and avoid food as that will just keep it going. Hope you feel better soon

Hope everyone's Christmas day was enjoyable. Didn't get online at all yesterday, as made a trip to the airport too!

DS1 got flight home yesterday, landed at 7.50am So by 10.30am, we were back home and enjoying Christmas Day together

They'd lost his case, but he saw online last night that it's now reached Manchester, so that's a relief too.

Just what I was going to say Emerald- Banana and rice will work as well. They will bind your belly up. Just make sure you drink lots of fluids hun. X
