    Did an airport run this morning, for some friends who were flying off to more tropical temperatures. That was my good deed for the day.
    The rest of the day was spent relaxing (our big family get-together is always Boxing Day), but did find the energy to make a veggie wellington (using Mr T puff pastry of course:)) for Xmas dinner.

    There's some left over, for the freezer ... if I can find any room.

    We have enough beef left over for about another 3 meals, would have had it when my sister and kids come but they not coming now till Sunday cause hubby not well, i will slice and freeze then do it in gravy :D a least when we come back after shut down wont have to stock freezers up:T:T

    Just thinking about being a greedy sod and the amount of food we shift here, decent food at that :D
    Really got to be thankful for the team effort that goes on here :T As there are many freezers groaning under the weight of meat etc around the country thanks to this thread and hukd ,10 ways :T:T
    Not to mention [STRIKE]cheap[/STRIKE] expensive gifts/items bought as cheap as possible :cool:
