To SIPP or not to SIPP at age 40 ?

    I'm still very much of the view that a SIPP needs to be diversified and that no-one just setting out should be exposing themselves to single company risk.
    I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

    Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.

    I started my first SIPP at 40 so it isn't too late to begin. I'm hoping as of next year that my company will be contributing to it too after the final salary scheme shuts.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
