It does. Apparently they only employ people with Yorkshire accents - this was an advertising point for them a couple of years ago. They're certainly friendlier than most other call centres and the accent is warmer than those from the south of England.

Well done. Hope it all goes smoothly. Remember, it takes a few days for BB to settle down when it's just been installed but you should, like the rest of us, be delighted with your service once it does.
