Need an avatar in Gif or jpeg

Hello, I really need an avatar of a monkey but the forum I'm on will only accept jpeg or gif format and I can't find any or change the ones I have!

If you already have one (but not in gif/jpg) then open in paint and chose save as - then chose gif/jpg as type
