How did you pay?
If you bought online, cancel under distance selling regulations for a FULL refund. Put everything in writing.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
As above, they can't refuse to refund the full amount under the Distance Selling Regulations. Also, check their terms and conditions for when the contract is formed. With most online shops you agree that it is formed when they dispatch the item. Since they clearly haven't done that there's a good chance there is no contract anyway. You rescinded your offer and they have no right whatsoever to keep 20%.0

A cursory look at the Who.is information suggests that this is the least of your problems.

So not only is your Barbour coat late (at best), it will almost certainly be counterfeit. I wouldn't even bother mentioning DSR to the retailer and I'd be getting onto your credit card provider and asking them to cancel the card.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. do you think i should accept 80%0

OK, thanks. When did you order? (Date). Once 15 days have elapsed you can raise a chargeback request against your (VISA) debit card for non-delivery of goods.0

ok.... ordered on 15th0

Wait until the 31st (or the 2nd) and raise a chargeback request on your card. (You might need to be firm, but polite, to get past the front-line operative at your card provider/bank as these people often aren't aware of these rights).0
