cold wet wall

ok DIY forum, what i'll do is post how I think I should do it then get criticism/suggestion but I welcome it as this is something I want to get right .
done out an attic up top as a bedroom was so cold it was freezing my hands off when they fell out of the duvet. Steps taken so far - celotex panels into ceiling to bump up insulation, using 11cm screws and washers ( go over it with boards, then either plaster/wallpaper later when I can afford it - got the functionality right away), false ceiling in other parts, three layer job , cold ceiling glass wool, vapour /radiant barrier than boards, again idea being plaster it or paper it when money arrives some time next year
which leaves this wall facing out, its a bloody cold wall, I know this because all the condensation is there - I get no condensation anywhere else in the room
so I think maybe the way to handle this is more celotex type stuff, then foam out the cracks shove over a vapour barrier, seal it in so no humidity hits an even colder wall, then either plaster it or put boards over it and paint/paper it
my main concern is the cold wall itself and any possibility of condensation getting behind what I build and wrecking it
to the masters who have been before me, what do you think?
