Will Advice Please

The money you pay someone to produce a will for you isn't just for the act of writing a will; it's for the knowledge they should have to guide you to create a will that actually does what you want.
Very true however ultimately it doesnt matter how much guidance they give if the will does not stand up to the scrutiny of the laws as they stand. I would sooner have a will that states x y and Z and pays out on my death than a will which states a b c d e and F only to be contested and proved invalid. This is more so if you have no known family or want to leave it all to a charity or your local football team. Intestacy usually means that money goes to people all be it family members who never knew you existed

Thanks for all the replies and advice!
Merry Christmas to all!
There's a lot of information to take in here but, like I said, I don't have a great deal, just some money to share out and there won't be anymore Grandchildren.
I may just bite the bullet and write my 'simple' instructions on an online site I found: (wills org uk)
Kindest regards0
