How much to repair this bodywork?

Hi folks. I'm thinking of buying a top spec Vw Up. It has crumpling on the roof which is cosmetic but covers say 1/4 of the roof. It also has two other smaller dings to the bodywork. Just wondering if anyone had any idea of what the repair cost might be. I know it's hard to judge without pics but as a new user I can't post links.
Thanks in advance.

Why is the roof crumpled, heavy roof load or someone jumped on it or is the result of an accident.
The dings are of no consequence but i'd want to know exactly why the roof is damaged, you need a competent body man (not associated with the seller) to check this car over before agreeing to buy.
Might need a new roof panel, big job, many £££, might need an awful lot more if its been cosmetically tarted up to cover accident damage.0 -
As above
Roof could be damaged due to being in a bad enough accident to distort the car's body structure. If it's this, i'd walk away
If not, i'd imagine that the roof skin would need to be replace to do a proper repair.
It's neither a small or cheap job though. All your base are belong to us.0 -
Many thanks folks. Based on your replies, I've decided to walk away.

Front A pillars and the roof offer a fair amount of strength to the vehicle structure.
Dont touch anything with damage to those areas.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
