Hi all
I'm looking to sell my flat in the next 9 months and was wondering what order to do things. Do I find a buyer for my flat then find a house that I want to buy, or do I find a house that I like and make and offer before finding a buyer for my flat? Or is it a combination of this???
Thanks for your thoughts.

If you make an offer without a buyer, you will not be taken seriously. So look for your dream property while finding a buyer & make an offer when you have accepted one on yours.

I thought that might be that answer...just sounds quite difficult with lots of things hopefully coming together at the same time!
