Suggestions please for new PC

Hi all

Our current PC is over seven years old, runs XP and we have decided to buy a new one in the New Year.

We have a budget of about £350, maybe a bit more if the PC is worth it!

We use the PC for Internet, emailing, simple photo edit, playing games (nothing very modern) and watching I-player.

We'd really appreciate any suggestions or ideas as to which model(s) are worth considering.

Is there a known impedament to installing w7 on the PC you have now, i.e. p4?

I have a new Zoostorm PC. They are built in the UK and reasonably good. I got mine even cheaper, without an operating system, from Dabs, and use it with a free Linux os.

The fan is a little noisy, but I don't normally notice it. Otherwise, a delight to work with.
