wall light .

Hi all. Just hoping for some help from you knowledgeable people. I am hoping to wire up new wall lights tomorrow and want to make sure my wiring intention is correct. Electrician left the wires connected as shown at my request so other light would work. There are two lights on the circuit with switch. Block 3 and 4 only pass current when switch is on. Am I correct in thinking my neutral and live on the wall light should be connected to respective blocks 3 and 4?
Thank you

Yes just tape up 1+2, and connect your light to the live (switched live) and neutral to the neutral block.0

agreed with premkit, and moneymate is also right about earth. tape up one and two, run single wire from 3 terminal and 4 terminal to light - don't disconnect terminal 3 or 4 as more than one wire feed into it, or if you do connect every wire in 3 to one end of the light and every wire in 4 to the other end of the light
you can take one earth out of 2 that is connected to wire 4, if earth is a consideration, which it should be if for example at the other end a switch plate is chrome or polished metal , any of that kind of thing0
