Advice on 10 inch tablets please!

I'm looking to buy a 10 inch tablet, I have a budget of around £130 - £150. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

increase your budget would be the most effective option. Might you get extra money at work over xmas?
Another would be to see what friends have that you could try out briefly

Ainol NOVO 10 Hero II superbly made tablet, powerful, a while ago these were around as low as £135 from UK sellers but they dry up quick..

Best I could find is this one on Ebay from a UK seller, open to best offer so you could try making an offer within your budget..

Beware, plenty of these on Ebay and Amazon cheaper but most shipped from china with a risk of customs charges being added.

Pop on eBay and buy a second-hand Asus Transformer, which is what I did:



Shown here with an external drive plugged into one of the USB ports (playing OSS 117: Lost in Rio). £150 or so.

Alternatively a refurbished Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ - proper 1920x1080 screen, also £150 - or a brand-new Amazon Kindle Fire HD, which is currently £190. I'm sure you can find £40.

Your budget doesn't really fit a 10 inch tab - try downsizing to a 7 inch, like maybe the 2012 Nexus, or upping your budget.
