Plastered walls not square

Just had a small office re plastered and have come to fit wooden floor and skirting and noticed the walls are not straight/square. So i got a long level and tried it horizontal about 1 foot up the wall and sure enough the walls are about as straight as a dogs hind leg. The plasterer has long gone so anyone out there got any suggestions? (please not tooo many jokes)

the benchmark/acceptable level professionally is no more then 3mm in 3M, try it with a straight edge..

as for remediation, it might just have to be plastered again..get someone in to plaster the bottom third of the wall just to make it straight and blend it in?
