The help is very limited, but it's still worth the OP checking through the criteria on the link. https://www.gov.uk/funeral-payments/eligibility . Note that any claim has to be made within 3 months of the funeral.0 -

Thank you jackyann x and no xylophone she stopped any policies she had years ago when she couldnt find work anymore so basically she had nothing..she had cancer for 18 months so couldnt get new policies tho she went into remission but went into hospital on the 11th of dec to have a stint fitted and on the 16th she died in hospital..anyway sorry for blabbing on..thank you everyone and happy xmas x
Stopped policuies may be treated as paid up and maybe worth something, would it be possible to trace them?The only thing that is constant is change.0
