Don't know what you would classify as 'Bloatware'.
Personally I use the free Comodo firewall - without the antivirus part, as I use the free Avast for that.

Once you've got past the initial flurry of popups querying whether this or that is ok soon after you've installed it, it does a great job.You can lose a loose goose.
You cannot loose a lose goose.
Get it? Now use it before you lose it.
or - Try using it - not losing it.

Use the green download box(es) on that page to ensure you get the free version.
Even if the antivirus comes with it you don't have to use it, (or download virus definition updates). You can lose a loose goose.

Windows 7 and 8.1 have perfectly fine firewalls built-in, so you don't need a third-party firewall. However, if you must, Privatefirewall is light and free ( http://www.privacyware.com/personal_firewall.html ). It's what I use because I'm on XP, and XP's firewall isn't so good.0

If you think that you need one, take a look at TinyWall0
