Paint on bathroom tiles

I've bought a flat and the bathroom tiles have been painted but some of the paint is flaking. How can I remove it? I don't know if it's tile paint or emulsion. Any help would be appreciated.

I placed a damp cloth over the paint left it a while used a scraper, came off a treat. You need to keep the cloth damp use a spray bottle.World of Warcraft Widow No 10
