I am sick of being told my spelling of colour should be color etc etc etc.
How do i get rid of those annoying red wavy lines when they shouldn't be there? I don't mind them telling me i've spelled something wrong, but i want it to be UK ENGLISH, not American.

Click the Firefox logo at the top left of the browser then Options/Content/Languages and select a language to add: English/United Kingdom [en - gb].
I've also added this dictionary in Add-ons:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/british-english-dictionary/?src=api
I think that should sort it.0 -
Aye i'd done the add on but couldn't figure out why i was still being told to spell things 'wrong'.
Thanks for that.0 -
Nope it doesn't seem to be working. I just got the red line under neighbour.0

Get Firefox in your language of choice here:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all.html
Welsh, Breton, Gaelic (Scots or Irish) anyone???
Bit of Esperanto for you Sir???
A little Kashubian for you Kim???
(We had to ditch Klingon as it attracted the wrong crowd)
Or if you just want the latest UK issue
https://mozilla.org.uk/You can lose a loose goose.
You cannot loose a lose goose.
Get it? Now use it before you lose it.
or - Try using it - not losing it.

If you have the UK dictionary installed, you need to select it by right-clicking on a multi-row text box (like the one you type a reply into on this forum), and selecting "Languages" and then "English (United Kingdom)".0
