You can as the RK because they dont know who was driving. No POFA in Scotland so PPC's can only claim against the driver.
Buy a Hamster and a shredder for the paper that will come through the door though! Edit: (After scanning them for future reference);)0 -
I would instead file anything you receive, but there is no keeper liability in Scotland, even if the parking event is in England, and there is no popla as you are out of area. If you get a notice before claim to the sherrifs court please come back hereWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Stroma is right never dispose of any letters you receive. I have edited my post!0

Just be prepared for up to six letters - a month apart - suggesting lots of scary things and consequences.
None of which they can actually do to anyone resident in Scotland.
Do NOT contact them - or you'll get a years worth of letters.0 -
Yes. But here in Scotland small claims actions are made via the Sheriff's court. Any court papers from Northampton should be responded to simply to inform them that they have no jurisdiction in Scotland.0

It will be something similar, if you get anything like that come back to us. You may even get a lbc saying about the small claims, that will not be compliant as you are out of area of the English/Welsh small claims trackWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. You see how idiotic they are, they know damned well that they cannot make a claim to a county court as you are not in an area with county courts. Please pay attention to any letters you receive as they have in the past omitted Scotland from a claim and a claim was sent. It was rebutted immediately as being out of area .When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
