Dim sum are one of my first go to recipes with lo pork.....we love them. On same theme would work well, with fried rice or waggamamma style noodle dishes, but you have rather a lot left for those. You eat some it like duck pancakes if you keep those pancakes in your freezer? ( I crave far eastern food after Christmas excess)
I'd probably be looking at pies for later use if possible.0 -
It is a lot! We has a tiny bit each but with everything else on the plate we just could eat anymore. I think I'll buy a small pork joint next year!
I may freeze it into smaller portions and try some of your ideas... I have a dim sum recipe I saw the other day and liked the look of so I think I'll dig that out...We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like.
