The Arvon Centre for Writing in Devon offers an exciting food writing course worth £475 for one lucky winner.

Sophie Grigson and Alastair Hendy are hosting a week-long residential course from 2 – 7 July covering all aspects of food writing. The week is made up of workshops, tutorials and private writing time, alongside expert guidance from guest speaker Lulu Grimes, deputy editor and food editor, Olive magazine.

We’re got one place to give away on this creative course. The prize includes all tuition fees, food and accommodation at 17th century thatched farm house - Totleigh Barton. The winner will need to pay for transport to Totleigh for 4.30pm, Monday 2nd July and take part in the course, which ends on the morning of 7th July.

This course is open to everyone from beginners to more advanced food writers and even if you’re not a winner this time around there are grants available for fee-paying participants
