Hi I'll try not to be too confusing!
We went bankrupt on 3/3/09, and were discharged on 15/10/09. Just logged on to noodle for the first time and several accounts are still open with info such as
Account start date 17/12/2007
Repayment frequency Monthly
Date of default 30/04/2009
Default balance £ 409
Status history

Does this mean my account is still technically defaulting and not marked partially satisfied etc?
Please help, I'm a bit shocked as I expected it'd be all tidy and straight forward!

Check the bankruptcy board on howto cleanup your credit file.
I think some companies are naughty and want to ruin your chances of further credit and some just lazy. This is a hopeless case we wont get any money so just file it and the systems dont update what happened.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Hi have done the same as you and had a default showing each month I pointed this out to them and when I checked the following month it was all removed...easy..next stop for me are the other two hope thats as easy0

no need to do that you can do it on the page it asks if you want to report anything and a box comes up for you to write whats wrong, you will get an e mail to say they are looking into it, and hopefully put right a month later....works really well0
