we have a silent night one we got from argos a couple of years ago for about £20 (it's a double, so assume the single would be less)
it heats up really quickly. i just flick the switch on when im doing my teeth etc, and by the time i get into bed it's nice and toasty
i dont leave it on all night, as i would probably cook!0
