EBAY:changing a item from auction to BIN

Hi

I have an item on EBAY as an auction. However someone has asked me to change it to BIN (at a good price!)

Whats the best way of doing this?

ANy advice would be great

If their are no bids you can revise and add a BIN option for 25p and enter the amount you are willing to accept.
Its the box next to the starting price box
