MSE power switch to nPower to be avoided
Options
I found that if I use MSE to switch supplier I'm then left stranded. I can't easily get back to MSE for help. Trying to get nPower to resolve things is hard. Thought I had made dual fuel switch October 13. 5 days before xmas still waiting to hear why electricity hasn't been switched.
Next time (and there will be one) I will switch some other way.
