    Ermm... I don't think so.

    I said at the start that you're paying £22.6k now. You're only handing over £3.6k though. Your buyer's £19k is included in that £22.6k which is being handed over to your seller.

    I think - I'm confusing myself now!
  • ha, yeah so after completion I should get roughly 14k plus the extra £3600 i'll be putting in for the deposit...I think so anyway..

    otherwise 36.6k before fees would leave me something like 31k after everything has been paid!

    Ask your solicitor when they'll be doing your Completion Statement - that will tell you the exact figure. :D
