    Does the fact that certain appliances are mentioned in the agents ad make any difference? e.g. kitchen with this and that and cooker, integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher...

    Our seller left the cooker, but it was missing a door and the top oven/grill barely warms a piece of bread, though it was handy for the working hobs (and to save having a bare gap where it went). As a short-term solution we went out and bought a combination microwave..it's worked so well for us that we still have the same broken oven 2 years on!
