Cheap Energy Club - Helpline?

Options
Hello,

Is there any helpline to call for the Cheap Energy Club?

I switched to npower using them and was promised a cash back and a free hotel stay. I got all the documentation from npower(taking months) but no mention of the offer. I called them up and they said to contact the switcher as they are the ones offering not npower.

I cannot manage to find any contact for customer services of CEC. Any one knows?

  • I too need help, the Club has posted me some good deals, but I have Solar Panels and my current Utility, British Gas, pay my feed in tariff after requesting my reading, 3 monthly. I can see no mention of what happens if you have a FiT when you switch providers. Incidentally I was looking to change to nPower, fixed till August 15' a saving of £200+ a year. Sounds good, but will it work?
So, Cheap Energy Club, where do I get the info please.
