That's probably mostly due to this year's Xmas Iceland adverts. My dad, bf and I started counting them after seeing the ad 3 times in a row - in the space of one programme (an hour) the ad was on 9 (!!!!) times!

I'm not having a "holly jolly Xmas" having to hear that blooming song on a continuous loop on TV!

Was the programme "I'm a Celebrity"? If so it was sponsored by Iceland so obviously they'll show an Iceland advert at the start and end of every ad break, hardly Michael Buble's fault!! ;)

I happen to love Michael Buble's Christmas album and have it playing constantly in my car!!
Also, I wish more men wore suits and looked as smart, it reflects to a bygone era which I love!
I'm so sorry if you were enjoying this thread and mine is the last post!!

I seem to have a nasty habit of killing threads!

    Why do people watch adverts?

I know- I haven't sat through an ad break for 10 years- why subject your self to this drivel, and Micheal Buble and all that other sh-ite just goes to show what poor taste (many) women have in music and wouldn't know a proper tune if it slapped in them in the face.:rotfl:

I love Michael Buble, would much rather hear him everywhere than that !!!!!! Robbie Williams. At least he can sing and he seems like a genuinely nice person.
  • I agree with the OP :)
Finally rebuilding my Credit Record :), HP loan to be paid off Feb 2014 and thats it :j
  • I'm certainly one of those who totally hates this man!!!!!!! Michael bloody BUBBLE as call him ha!
Even at work, for the last 2 weeks they've played his annoying Christmas music constantly. I have no choice in the matter to listen to his damn voice day in, day out........Drives me nuts!

The first few times of hearing his festive cheer is ok-ish, but after repeating 1000 times a day it's drove me bloody crazy!!! :D

Sorry to all those who do actually love him but that's my personal opinion lol.

That's how I feel about "Saint" Gary Barlow. He's managed to wrangle his way into every single event shown on telly, he's even got the NYE gig (I shall be watching Jools as always).

I wouldn't mind but he's a mediocre singer and his songwriting leaves me cold. He is just so.....beige.

I'd take Buble any day of the week!

I dont like Barlow, never have. Not much a fan of Robbie either, but like his stuff better than GB

    Buble does my nut in.

I don't think he has a very good voice - a bit like someone trying to sing Sinatra at a karaoke party.

Brilliant ..............love that - I do not think Sinatra had a particularly outstanding voice either..........not even a good one for my taste.
I am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.

Great, somebody else who finds he gets on their nerves! I know I get sick & tired of hearing him on the radio. They seem to favour him on Magic as they are frequently playing his songs or have him in for interviews.

I know in one interview when asked about his latest single, he stated that he had desperately wanted to write a song for all the guys out there going through a rough time after a relationship break up. Yeah, right Mr Bubble, so it had nothing to do with wanting to write yet another catchy pop song that will make you lots of money thanks to the many fans who seem to adore you?
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

ARGH! Barlow does my nut in too!

Glad I'm not the only one who feels irked by Bloody Bubbles though! :D
