Air conditioning - possible woes!

If you want very cheap/easy:
I tend to buy older cars and with non-essential things like air-con I just pull the fuse on it if it is playing up and just forget I had it.
Then I also get all nostalgic about the basic old bangers I used to drive around in back in the day - memories!Would you say that to a stranger's face in the street? No? Then why type it on a forum?0 -

I use the A/C all year; it cools the car cabin during the summer and demists the inside windows in the winter. And by using the A/C all year, it keeps the system in good working order.
When the temperature is above 4 degrees Celsius for the system to work, I demist the windows. When the system works intermittently, the windows mist back up, which is extremely annoying.0
