N Power first bill - help!
Hi
I rang N Power when we moved into our house and gave them meter readings. They've just sent our first bill with the opening readings as an estimate-much lower than the readings I gave them. They're refusing to acknowledge that they didn't put my opening readings in even though I have photos of the meters with the date on.
Is there anything I can do?
