I ordered earlier today but have not had email confirmation. Anyone else?

This is what i ordered this morning just after seeing the glitch, i also ordered the 3 pairs for £10 which came up as £5.50 i think brought 2 lots for my friend so she's got some decent knickers

Check your account online - if the order appears in your history then you don't need to worry.

Your order contains 5 pairs oddies. Reindeer and Scooty Dog worked for me on the free store collection, so I guess it's Snowball that you're having to pay delivery for; I'd cancel and reorder 4 pairs in your situation.

but that is just 5 pairs for £7.75 not the 20 pairs you said you got for £7.75 earlier in the thread!

no, I haven't had the usual email confirmation either but it does show in my account.

I suspect the systems may be creaking under the strain of all the orders so I wouldn't worry, I'm sure they'll arrive later

i know i was thinking that not sure if to cancel those and try again leaving out snowball ones or the scotty dog can't remember which is which now have grandchildren not sure what i can get done while they are here ?

to late can't cancel, will just have to say not needed as brought wrong sizes or something and put money back on my card :mad: that's what happen's when your rushing :rotfl:re-ordered some of the nicer ones at 3 for £10 but paid the £5.50 i think she would like them better anyway

I just bought two items of jewellery in the sale. M&S have a "buy 1 get 1 half price" offer on their jewellery today. My invoice showed the sale price but didn't give me the above offer. I phoned customer service and was told I couldn't have the 30% off sale price and buy 1 get one half price offer. When I pointed out that there was a big banner advertising the offer on their website, they just shrugged their shoulders. Hardly a good customer retention policy.
