  • They closed at the normal time when I was a teenager but that was a loooong time ago. It would depend on your local council, though, wouldn't it?
  • It would depend on their license. And whether they have applied for a extension to the local council.

Someone has to serve the drinks/play the music/clear up afterwards. Maybe they are miffed at having to work into Christmas morning?
  • ANDYGB - It is on the employment thread as my daughter has got herself a job in a nightclub to help earn some money whilst at Uni. As she will be working Christmas Eve (if her trial period this week is successful) I was wondering what time she will finish. Apologies as I should have explained that in my initial thread but as I have previously had very good advice from this forum I was a bit lazy

The local clubs here are open until 4am

Not miffed at having to work - just trying to find out approx what time my daughter will finish work (she's asked but they will not tell her yet as still in her trial period), so I can pick her up to come home :o

And very proud of DD getting a job (even if it is in a nightclub):D

  • Why don't you phone the club in question and ask them? If they have web site/page, their xmas eve opening hours might be on there.

Thing is they might be closed at x time but they won't be getting Home until everything is cashed up, collected, cleaned etc
