You're not alone.

Many people struggle with the festive season, with social-situation anxieties, (like having to spend time socially with people they dislike,) a dread of spending time with extended family, worries about finances, and having to live up to that 'perfect Christmas' that the media sells us.

So if you're feeling a little blue, and can't get in the mood, or are just ruddy well fed up with it: don't worry, you're not alone.

    Many of the posts and threads on here seem to back this up too.

    I love Christmas, but there IS a lot of pressure on people to enjoy themselves and spend time with extended families etc, when in reality, it isn't necessarily like this.
