What are they? Other than making purchases of electronic products, I don't have any electronic bills. ;)
I do - I get some paper bills too.

Google 'tea-light flower pot heater'. V cheap and surprisingly effective in a small room or office.

I used to have an angle poise light with a 100 watt halogen bulb in it.

It gave off a lot of heat and kept the small room I have my computer in, along with the heat from my computer, nice and warm.

Then I knocked it off my computer desk and it broke.

I replaced it with a LED lamp and now I have to have a small oil filled radiator in the room with me.

Save on electricity by buying a LED lamp and spend it on heating instead.
Have you thought of getting a more powerful computer - it could generate enough heat to replace the heater and offset the loss of heat from the light?

4 Candles are what you need, light & heat all in one little package (good for the garden too).

Top Tip: Catch the molten wax and mould it into a new candle for everlasting light & heat.

Perhaps you could save money on both you electricity and gass bill by burning your house down.

The heat generated from the fire would keep you warm and you would not need any lights apart from at night as you will be outside.

You would also get free light from the fire, a double saving.
