Hello
I overstayed in a private car park and received a ticket on my car, then a letter through the post. I ignored both as I hadn't been on here for ages and didn't realise the advice had changed.
I have now received a demand for payment of an unpaid parking charge from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd, giving me another 10 days to pay.
Should I continue to ignore this? Should offer the difference between what I paid and what was due?
What would you recommend I do now?
