Hi Bought the above washer dryer. First time I have had one. The washer never takes the stains out of the clothes but worst of all the tumble dryer. It is so so hot that all the clothes are shrinking or so creased their is no chance I can get them out!! I have had to put one duvet cover in the bin as it was plain cream and looked horrendous even after I tried ironing it a few occasions!
I put my trainers in with a wash the other day and forgot to take them out before putting on the tumble dryer. Remembered after 20 mins and retrieved them...bit by bit. The sole had completely come off and the shoe and insoles had shrunk from a size 6 to a 3 which fit my child! I know this was my fault but the point is that was after 20 mins, it is so hot.
Basiaclly is this normal with a condenser dryer as I have never had one of these also just a vented previously?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

You are not trying to dry the entire contents of a wash at once are you? The tumble dryer load is typically half the wash load in a washer/dryer-which is why they're pretty much a waste of time for most people, because for a full wash load you have to run 2 drying cycles-and it's much slower than a dedicated dryer anyway.
That might explain the creasing. What drying temp are you setting it at?No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

Thanks for the response. When my duvet cover got ruined it was only a king size duvet cover and 2 pillow cases. their is no option to put in a dryer temp0 -
Not got an answer for you, can only sympathise, we had the same problem with a washer dryer, we stopped using the dryer part and bought a standalone dryer, and then when the washer/dryer broke down replaced with a washer only.
I defo would not recommend a WD and try to talk any friends who are thinking of purchasing one out of it0
