Natwest (praise).

Options
For all their faults, Natwest have been great this week.

16th December- i received a text from their fraud team, warning me that their has been fraudulent activity on my account. I called them and they identified that there had definitely been fraud on my aco!!!!, and after me answering some questions, they immediately refunded the amount that had been taken and ordered me a new card. Very nice and helpful customer service.

17th December- I received a text to tell me that my card is on it's way.

18th December- I received a text confirming that i had been refunded.

19th December- My new card arrived!

So it only took 3 days for my new card to arrive, and they identified the fraud on the same day.

For a change, Natwest gave wonderful customer service and a first class service.

Thanks Natwest :)

My experience a few years back was a mixture of good and bad.

Good, I got a phonecall to ask to ring about possible fraud. I rang and answered the questions. I thought the fact they had flagged it, was very good.

Anyway, I was told I would get a form sent and fill it in, sign and send it back.

Then it went downhill. Waited nearly a week, no form, rung them up, no form had been sent to me and they said, they were going to close the case in two days, as they thought I didn't want to dispute the transactions.

They then sent the form, which I received within a couple of day, sent back and money back in account in about a further 5 - 7 working days.

Overall, I've been with Natwest for 25 years + and not had much to complain about. People tell people to ditch and switch, but sometimes, it is better the devil you know, as they say.
