Closing a Limited Company Help?

I previously had a limited company in 2012 which I closed in November 2012. The whole process took a few months for it to be wiped off the register/fully close.

I then recreated a limited company in April 2013 however I have now picked up a perm job (due to start in Jan 2014).
I was advised by my accountant that I shouldn't close my limited account so quickly otherwise it could cause potential issues.

Currently the limited company has been dormant since October 2013.

How should I go about closing my limited company?

Thanks

  • The same way you did before I would've thought.

If however you mean "what potential issues", your accountant can tell you. I guess if you're going to go back to LtdCo like you did before then it would be better (& cheaper) to keep this one open.
