The prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
Employees of TNL or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Draw will take place on December 23, 2013 and winners will be notified within seven days.

i cant imagine they care if you sold any other prize. anyway rival newspapers would rip them to bits if The Times tried to claim back prizes or take winners to court. :rotfl:

I think how the other papers reacted would depend on the angle they wanted - how about 'greedy professional comper sells prize':eek: (not saying we are - but twisted words are wonderful things and the other papers probably have similar in their T&Cs).
