It seems that they have delivered their prizes to the winners? On their twitter page people are thanking for the cider delivered to the office. I have replied with all the info on the same day when they notified me but I still have nothing. I am wondering if they have decided not to honour prizes to some winners with no office address?

i won and do have a works address but havent had a delivery yet , mayb had lots to send out ??

I also have a works address but have not received anything yet, the terms do state within 28 days so maybe they are sending in batches.

I won this too and sent ID etc straight back to their email, however I havent had a delivery yet either.

I'm not in the office until Friday this week but I've just rang to check and it still hasnt been delivered.

Please can you tell me what to do. I won this cider too and waited then contacted them on the 7th January. They apologies for the delay and said it will be with me shortly. I waited and contacted them again last week. They again said it will be with me shortly. I waited again and e-mailed yesterday and they were very surprised that it has not arrived yet. They said they will re-send it. Today they e-mailed me saying they delivery company told them it has been delivered on the 23 December and I was on holiday so they left it with the flat (gave me the number for one specific flat in another block and the name and surname of the person from that flat who signed for the delivery).They said that there has been a note saying where they left it.

I want to say that there has been no note left and I did not know until today that they delivered it on the 23 December and left it with the neighbour from another block.

I just went to see the person from that flat and he said that he is not the person mentioned and he has a different name and surname and he never received anything for me.
Carling said that "misunderstanding between you and the neighbour is not beyond our control"...
I am really upset. Please could you tell me what to do as something is not right.. I feel that that guy from another block has kept the cider for himself and purposely gave the wrong name. Why the delivery driver did not put the note through the letterbox saying where he left it and why nobody came to see me saying that they got package for me. I was not on holiday at that time as it was said by the delivery people.

I am really upset.. Do you know who should I complain? I would be grateful if someone can give me some advice.
