Child Benefit Eligibility

Hi all.
My ex wife is still claiming Child Benefit, which makes me continually liable for CSA payments.
Can someone please advise me if she is still entitled to claim Child Benefit please.
My child was 19 in September. She left college in July, although she did enrol on a course starting from September. ( She told me she did not want to go back to college though, so I suspect her mother knew how to work the system and made her enrol)
She has not returned to college to attend the course she enrolled on, but instead started a part time job. In october, she started working around 40 hours per week, which will last up until christmas. After christmas she will go back to the part time hours, with overtime until she finds another job. She has no intention of returning to college.
Based on these facts, is my ex entitled to Child Benefit?
Thank you for all advice in advance,

Please note, I have no problem supporting my child financially, however I would rather do it directly as opposed to funding my ex wifes lifestyle which I am at the moment through the CSA0

I'd say definitely not. HMRC should have been notified that she had left the course.
