Hello, wonder if anybody can help
Parked at Bluewater (free carpark) but forgot to display the blue badge whilst parked in a disabled bay.
I have ignored the letters from pcm & have received my first letter from newlyn. Should i carry on & ignore or is this old advice?
Thank you

I assume this is E+W
so read the NEWBIES READ THIS NOW sticky thread first, also bear in mind that they should not be chasing BB holders according to the BPA CoP
so you need to read the sticky thread and formulate your plans, including complaining to the landowner for starters to get it cancelled
all you need is in that thread, but many people dont read it despite it being the best advice on here !!0 -

You should have appealed and complained, and still should, URGENTLY in case PCM get all excited and try to drag you to court because you (wrongly) ignored them. Read the newbies thread and the successful complaints thread at the top of the forum first. Pretty sure there's a Bluewater disability discrimination link in the complaints thread already.
Other things on here to do, use the 'search this forum' heading on page one above the sticky threads, next to 'forum tools'. Search 'Bluewater' and search 'Newlyn' to read similar threads and learn from what they did. PCM are always trying this little trick against disabled people even though it's actually unlawful under the Equality Act 2010.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Thank you both.
I have read the thread regarding complaining to bluewater. I will dig out the letters from PCM tonight & forward a complaint letter & copy of the blue badge. Will also forward a letter to PCM
