Fidelity Login Problems

Hi,

Is anyone having login problems with fidelity? I've been locked out three times today and Fidelity are unable to answer why. I've tried on separate machines and different browsers. They have raised a ticket for me but I'm wondering if anyone else has had any issues?

I have on Cavendish which is essentially the same thing. It wouldn't allow me to "press enter" after I had put my PIN in.

I cleared my cache and ran CC cleaner and it then let me in.

This isn't the first time this week .

It was chrome IIRC I was alternating between Firefox and Chrome at the time.

I managed to place an order around 21:00.

    Just had it reset again.

They have asked me to stop using symbols in my password as it confuses their system sometimes. However that means I am using a much less secure password.

Aww well gremlins seem to have gone for me. Thanks all for replying.
